William Babb

William Babb graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in General Business. He was a member of the Honors College, the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, and enjoyed volunteering at local Tuscaloosa schools through the University’s LIFT program.

Mr. Babb attended the University of Alabama School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor. In law school, he participated in the school’s award winning Moot Court Competition and served on the managing board of the Journal of the Legal Profession as an Articles Editor. He also participated in the school’s Criminal Defense Clinic, where he provided free services for individuals in Tuscaloosa seeking help with criminal defense matters.

Mr. Babb practices primarily in the firm’s Daphne office. He maintains a general practice of law and assists clients in a broad range of matters that include estate planning and administration, property disputes, business law, and civil litigation. He also assists in the firm’s representation of local municipalities and governmental authorities.
