Jason S. McCormick

Jason McCormick is a member of the firm who lives in Fairhope, Alabama and practices in the Daphne office. Jason graduated from Millsaps College in 1994, where he was a 4-year letterman in football and a team captain. Jason graduated from University of Mississippi School of Law, cum laude, in 1999. During law school, Mr. McCormick served as Executive Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal, Research Associate for the Mississippi/Alabama Sea Grant Consortium, and Staff Editor for the Journal of National Security Law.
Mr. McCormick is a civil trial lawyer specializing in complex litigation including commercial disputes, construction litigation, wrongful death, personal injuries, defective products, industrial accidents, and trucking accidents. Jason’s prior work experience also includes serving as President/General Counsel for a nationwide development/construction company, completing 100-plus projects during his tenure. He also previously served as an Environmental Scientist with a civil engineering company, specializing in wetlands delineation/permitting, phase 1 site inspections, remediation projects, and asbestos
inspections.
In his free time, Mr. McCormick enjoys spending time with his family. He also competes in ultra-endurance athletics, serves as an actor in numerous theatre productions, and is an avid saltwater fly fisherman.
