Caroline E. Pope
Caroline Pope practices primarily in the firm’s Daphne office. Ms. Pope graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Alabama, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. She was active in numerous university clubs and organizations. She was a proud member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society for business students and the Mortar Board Senior Honor Society.
Ms. Pope attended Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and Brock School of Business, where she received her Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration. In law school, Ms. Pope competed with Cumberland’s 2021 and 2022 National Arbitration Teams. She also served as Treasurer for the Women in Law Society. Ms. Pope is a proud recipient of the Cumberland School of Law Dean’s List Award.
Ms. Pope assists clients with a broad range of matters. She helps clients with labor and employment law matters, along with estate planning, business law, property disputes and civil litigation. She also represents local municipalities and governmental authorities in state and federal courts in Alabama. Ms. Pope is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, the Mobile Bar Association, and the Baldwin County Bar Association.
On a personal note, Ms. Pope is a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and relaxing on Mobile Bay.
